"I bought a home in March and used state farm for my home insurance. This lead me to switch my auto insurance over. I originally spoke to Natasha about switching over and requested the coverage match the policy I had at the time with progressive. We went over the coverage and came to an agreement. A couple months later my car was stolen and vandalized and to my surprise. I did not have the rental car coverage that we had discussed. This caused me to miss work and frequently be tardy do to having to take and Uber to work. Not to mention the $80+ a day I was paying out of pocket for the Uber. I ended up being terminated from my jobs and struggling to regain steady employment. 6+ weeks go by I finally have my car back. I spoke with Vriginia, a male receptionist, and two other ladies in this office on numerous occasions. I have requested numerous times that the car rental be added to my policy. Last night someone t-boned my car. It was towed away. I called state farm this morning and to my surprise, I still don't have the car rental on my policy. Virginia told me she will back date the policy as agent error so I can get the coverage. But I will have to wait 2 weeks to have it go through. The level of incompetence at this office is ridiculous."
